We are excited to announce that Evolve Then will be transitioning to a 4-day work week beginning next month! This means that starting from June 1st, our full-time employees will only need to work for four days per week, while still receiving the same pay and benefits.

We believe that a better work-life balance is essential for our teammates well-being and overall happiness. By adopting this new schedule, we hope to offer more time for you to spend with your family, pursue your hobbies, or simply recharge and rest.

We understand that this transition may come with some challenges and adjustments, but we are confident that our team will rise to the occasion and continue to deliver exceptional work. We encourage you to use the extra day off to take care of yourself and do things that bring you joy.
